Again there is some controversy as some believe ghee acceptable and others argue that it is dairy and is therefore prohibited. However, there is some give and take in the plan, but do not receive.
Completely excluded Foods:
All grain that is bread, cakes, pasta, biscuits containing grains.
All milk products namely milk, yogurt, cheese and butter from dairy products.
