One of the biggest benefits of using herbs is the weight loss that can occur not so much because of the properties of herbs, but due to lack of appetite for fattening substances. Often the trick is not, if they plant “magic” weight loss have been used, but once the field is set, and promotes the fine nuances of spices and herbs, traditional fats, sugar is not good taste. It is to change this, and it is usually permanent, which helps to lose weight and keep it.
An immediate change is the use of soft drinks and tea to give in exchange. A simple example is the use of mint as a basis of tea. Everything we do is, about one gallon of water on the stove, heat, until bubbles break, fall into a handful of mint leaves (for that is about measuring cup, lightly packed) can pull in hot water for 1 hour. Not only is there no caffeine today, but it is easy to use this water with mint tea as a base and add some lemon grass stalks for extra flavor, or a handful of shredded basil leaves. I actually prefer to add both my tea and it is a very refreshing drink for my family during the week.
