The health of American children decreases rapidly as a whole. Most people are aware of childhood obesity concerns, but they can now know exactly why this should be a big problem in recent years. Children eat exercise and eating habits are sure to solve the crisis of childhood obesity.

Marketing agencies and advertisers know how to target children. While the cartoons you see advertisements for unhealthy snacks, breakfast items, soft mast microwave dinners. To attract fast-food restaurants with children’s menus for children, playgrounds and cartoon mascot. In addition, the food choices at school are not much better. And with the elimination of many physical education programs, children are not always as much movement as before.

For a child to be healthy, the parent must take responsibility. Parents should monitor what their children eat. If your child is influenced by food advertising, limit their TV time. Or simply to explain that these foods should not be eaten occasionally and in good health. Avoid fast food restaurants as often as possible, preferably forever. It can be easy, fast and able to please the pickiest eaters, but in all reality, you might as well be feeding your child poison.
