The results of the studies published by the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, in 2009, has shown that meditation “can be an effective intervention in the behavioral treatment of insomnia.” Research on 11 healthy participants between the ages of 25 and 45, which focuses suffer from chronic insomnia.
