
Morning Meditation is an important part of our time. I want to be together and see how we can make a wonderful and transformative experience for our day can go all day.
The first time you wake up in the morning, we have echoes of the previous night, echoes of our dreams that often resonate with us when we wake up in the first place. If you had the dream of a quiet night, peaceful is that mediated the night before, you probably wake up rested and relaxed. Let me first talk about what you can do to make your departure date. The first thing I do is wake up in a smooth and quiet. I am very anti-alarm clock. After having the water I recommend you choose a book you can read for inspiration. Even if only a few sentences or paragraphs can read your thoughts on something good, calm and quiet. His thoughts and mind you can now have thoughts of quiet, peaceful and positive instead of negative thoughts that can wake up.
Then I recommend you do a little yoga or stretching, allowing your body to prepare for meditation. After the stretching or yoga, you can start your morning meditation. Find a quiet, peaceful meditation. Working to meditate 30 minutes or more per day, but you can start with just a few minutes, maybe five or ten minutes to start. You need to sit, comfortable and perhaps the first use of a guided meditation. You can also use the word mantra or a prayer to use to help. As you inhale say “I am” Exhale and say “peaceful.” It says that in mind every time you inhale and exhale quietly in a relaxed manner. It really is a good way to start the day on a positive note.
As more experience of meditation, to follow your breathing. If thoughts creep recognize, but loose, then concentrate on your breathing again. This is what is called “Breathing Meditation” and really is one of the most powerful ways to start the day. Introduce yourself to God and the universe in a quiet, peaceful, open and so is a great way to start the day.
To complete your beautiful start to the day I suggest you take a moment to connect to the wonderful world around you. Go to your garden or outside and enjoy a bit of nature around him. If you live in a big city, busy that it is even possible that something in your own home allows you to breathe in the beauty and enjoy nature. Some ideas for something as simple as a fountain overflowing with a plant or two, placed next to a window that allows the sun in the morning to come to you while you relax. It could be anything that will help connect with the beauty of nature.
Then it’s time to go to the breakfast table. Take the time to sit and enjoy some “live” crude. Maybe a piece of fruit, an apple, an orange or something healthy that the day begins in a positive and healthy. Try to stay away from processed foods, instead of enjoying what nature has provided to nourish our bodies. Strengthen your body with vitamins and enzymes that have life and nutritious.
Finally, maybe if you sit in your car to your trip to start the day, take one last moment to pause and in the world only for a good day for you. Be thankful that this beautiful world, present and participate in it with total impunity throughout the day. So if you start the work day, can ever be as the day began peacefully and begin to penetrate the whole day possible.
